MOVE Summit 2026

As Operations Assistant, I played a key role in the delivery of MOVE Summit, Scotland’s animation industry gathering (18–21 February 2026). Responsibilities included acting as the main point of contact for speakers, coordinating travel and accommodation, producing evening networking events, reviewing bursaries, managing sponsor relationships, and supporting social media outreach. I also managed operational systems including Google Drive and Eventive, coordinated event materials and branding, supported website management, tracked invoices and accounts, and assisted with volunteer coordination, exhibitions, and 1:1 industry meetings.

Alongside my role as Operations Assistant, I contributed to the festival’s film programme as Short Film Programmer, reviewing submissions and making selection for short film programmes screened during the conference as well as supporting the logistics and materials for our Screening Day.
